HGP NEWSLETTER - Christmas, 2010
Greetings of the season Ladies + Gentlemen:
Santa came early to the home of Historic Grand Prix yesterday when Francois Dumontier, President + CEO of Octane Management called to advise us that “HGP will be racing at the 2011 Grand Prix du Canada.”
The format will be essentially the same as this year in terms of thirty minute on-track run times for practice and qualifying. Our race, including a pre-73 category, will follow F1 Qualifying on Saturday.
For those of you who participated at the GP on the Circuit Gilles Villeneuve last June, there is something very unique about rolling down hot pit lane with all the F1 teams watching from their garages and then racing in front of 125,000 avid and knowledgeable fans.
The performance you and your teams delivered last June in Montreal got this deal done. Make no mistake. Each of you delivered the goods. Thank You !
Your commitment to participate in this cornerstone event and related HGP Elite Hospitality Suite is critical. Thanks to those who have already responded and for those who have not, we respectfully request you e-mail Rebecca@historicgrandprix.com by 2nd of January 2011 with your response:
Will you participate in the Canadian Grand Prix with an entry fee of approximately $2,500 per entry?
If Yes, will you purchase hospitality at the rate of $1,850 per seat for the three day Elite Hospitality which includes premium seating located across from pit out and Turn 1, two meals per day, full beverage service including coffee & tea, beer & wine, closed circuit TV and a shuttle service.
Lastly, if you plan to purchase hospitality, how many total seats do you envision purchasing?
Last year we were limited in the number of seats available to us and some people were not able to participate. This year, we would like to be able to purchase more hospitality from Octane Mgmt.
